We are looking for an experienced Sales/ Commercial professional with FMCG experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

In this role, you will grow distribution of Edgewell Personal Care product portfolio of 3 brands (Wilkinson, Bulldog, Hawaiian Tropic) in given customers in the most cost-efficient manner. Execute distribution strategies, take care about existing brick and mortal customers. Approach potential customers with tailor made offers.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

• Develop, align, and execute commercial, distribution, price, and trade promotion strategy to deliver the Net Sales & Gross Margin.

• Deliver Net Sales & Gross Margin targets within brick and mortal customers (drug chains mainly).

• Actively collaborate internally with all stakeholders to maximize EPC customer contribution within given customers.

• Understand competitors as well as own organization.

• Lead the team of area managers – 1 in CZ and 1 in SK

• Building relationships with customers in CZ/SK markets.

• Preparation of volume forecasts and turnover forecasts in planning system.

• Preparation of promotional plan by customers.

• Responsibility for the implementation of long-term and short-term strategies.

• Conducting annual negotiations with clients, concluding annual contracts.

• Close cooperation stakeholder departments such as Marketing, customer service and Finance.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales executive, account or sales manager. Experience gained within a Consumer Goods or Cosmetics company is ideal. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• University degree – economic profile preferable

• Significant successful experience in sales department (KAM/Junior Key Account Manager) in FMCG company. Experience with drug chains is preferable.

• Proficiency in English and Czech language required.

• Computer literate, especially MS Office.
